'heritage' character DGPOs and mounting blocks on a budget?

Hi just wondering if anyone can recommend a good brand for 'character' double power points on a budget? I'm thinking maybe dark/ black/ brown? Or even brushed brass. This is for my 1927 cottage which is about to get rewired. I'm going with Bakelight light switches, but can't extend this cost to DGPOs as well. The walls are brick so GPOs will all need to be placed on mounting blocks.
I've seen some 'skins' from Clipsal, but on reading reviews of these they are really as cheap and nasty as they sound, held on with double-sided tape! Clipsal seem to be undermining their brand with this rubbish. Anyone know of a good alternative Australian brand for reliable electrical supplies? Thanks in advance.
