I need some help for the answer for my design courses. Any answers will be appreciated.what skills does a junior interior designer need in this industry?
As Kate says, listening skills, first and foremost. Also genuine respect for styles, and budgets, that don’t reflect their own personal preferences. And understanding that styles can, and should be, blended. Anyone can cut and paste. Clients are paying for both ideas and project control
In my opinion, junior interior designers are like creative superheroes. Apart from the obvious design chops, having a strong grasp of space planning, color theory, and materials is key. Oh, and killer communication skills – you gotta sell those brilliant ideas! Hey, speaking of honing skills, ever thought about checking out a training provider in Malaysia? Not trying to push it, but diverse learning experiences can really spice up your creative toolkit. Keep rocking those design dreams, and remember, every challenge is just another opportunity to shine.
