Hi Larissa, looks like a very functional layout, just a couple of ideas to add. 1.Door to the back of the blind cabinet (under the floating bench next to drawers) for access to that back corner of that cabinet 2.Pair of bifold doors to the pantry so that you don't have the doors in the middle impeding access when cooking or packing away groceries. 3.Consider a pullout unit for the blind cabinet next to the pantry (Lemans, Magic moving corner) for ease of access into the back corner.

Have you allowed enough space for one of the larger fridges?

Looks good, three things, I would make the left hand blind corner cabinet 1200 or just step the 1050 cabinet in from the wall by 150 so that you have a better door size and which would match the other 1200 blind cabinet at the end of the RH run of cabinets. I would also change the pantries to 2 x 800 with 400 doors Make the fridge opening 1m

if it were my property being dressed up for sale i would have 1050 corner base cabinets, wrap around corner 1500 x 1800 wall cabinets with concealed range hood, 600 wide drop in cook top over drawers, stacked 600 wide oven and microwave over drawers, 1200 wide pantry, 1m wide fridge space, the dw on the opposite side so that it can be loaded without blocking access to the LH drainer sink, a basic open cupboard with top drawers for freestanding twin plastic bins and an open counter for a couple of stools....the wider floor space will feel much more spacious and new owners can add their own specialties although vertical dividers above the MW add cheap useful storage for cake coolers, trays, pizza pans etc

Hello Larissa, may I offer you some food for thought. Before you commit to redoing your Kitchen for the purpose of re-sale I would suggest that you first talk to your Real Estate Agent. Historically the money, (not to mention your time, effort and inconvenience) you invest in doing this, is not fully recouped in the sale of a home. The other drawback is that your design and style choices, fridge size, appliance types, may not actually suit and even put off potential buyers.

Depending on your location & who your typical buyer is, it is often better to accept that the kitchen could do with a renovation and factor this into a lower asking price, which then opens the possibility for any the new buyer to design and install the perfect new kitchen for themselves, one which suits their budget, style, layout, level of quality, their materials preference, colour, appliances, and done to suit their own specific needs.

First talk to your local Real Estate Agent. You can see just from this very small sampling of people here who are just considering the layout, that everyone has a different opinion, preference & taste.
