Confined on all 4 sides, this elegant master suite addition nestles itself seamlessly among the existing house and exterior courtyard. The bedroom offers a panoramic view of the exterior oasis while the walk-in closet takes advantage of the high ceilings and allows light to filter in from above. The bathroom builds upon the asian theme found throughout the existing house. A careful balance was struck between allowing natural daylight to enter the space as well as protecting the beautiful artwork from direct light.

Michael Jensen Photography - This asian influenced contemporary home features Quantum’s custom wood Euro Series Windows. Of particular architectural note are the custom Lift & Slide partition panels flanking the master bath. The pocketing window panels measure just under 5 feet tall and slide along tracks to disappear into the exterior walls. This configuration allows for a virtually unobstructed 10 foot opening with which the homeowners can experience the outdoors from within. Leading into the dining room are a pair of 4 panel interior sliding doors. Mirroring these same panel specifications are the exterior doors. Here at the home’s main entrance are double Hinged doors inlaid with obscured glass and flanked with top awning architectural windows.

Michael Hunter Photography This little guest bathroom is a favorite amongst our social following with its vertically laid glass subway tile and blush pink walls. The navy and pinks complement each other well and the brass pulls stand out on the free-standing vanity. The gold leaf oval mirror is a show-stopper.

Exterior dimensions (in) 51.5 L x 36.25 W x 33.75 H Inspired by ancient Japanese traditions of soaking in Ofuro tubs, the True Ofuro Japanese style bathtub is a ‘sit and soak’, solid surface bathtub, featuring a deep design for a full-body immersion. Crafted in Italy, this immaculately sculpted tub is available with an optional inline water heater and digital control panel with temperature display, which will reduce water consumption and provide for a prolonged soaking experience at very comfortable temperatures. One of the True Ofuro's key features is it's carefully designed elevated rim for improved bathers neck and head support, and the convenient ergonomic seating, which allows the body to be comfortably emerged to maximum water capacity. The international industrial design team, commissioned by Aquatica to create this product, used advanced CAD tools, modeling and repeated testing with real size prototype units, in order to reach the optimal balance between ergonomic comfort and visual appeal for this one of a kind bathtub. Thanks to the AquateX™ material, this Japanese soaking tub retains heat for much longer and has a silky and smooth surface. Besides being one of our most space conscious bathtubs, the freestanding and petite construction of this Japanese style bathtub means that it can be installed pretty much anywhere in your bathroom.
