“We found Jim to have an excellent approach to our project. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make critical design decisions that ended in a much better outcome than what we had originally planned. There were no surprises, the process was simple and stress free and he over delivered on his commitments. We got a number of quotes at the time and although Jim wasn't the cheapest he certainly wasn't the dearest but he gave us the level of comfort that we needed to get the job done right within our time frame. We are very happy with quality of the finish and the way it has come together and would certainly recommend Svelte.”

“I think what makes Jaime Brennan such a great architect is that he truly listens. He has delivered what we asked for, actually our home is more beautiful than we imagined. He knows his stuff so we got through Council quickly, which isn't typical of a strawbale development application in the Blue Mountains. The home that we have built together is beautiful, practical and comfortable. Jaime has project managed for us and we have stayed within budget. There has been a lot to handle and throughout the build Jaime has been a great communicator. He has often suggested alternatives that made our home more comfortable, practical, environmentally appropriate or more economical to build and we are so grateful for that. Jaime also helped us select a great builder. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we are really excited to move in to our home in a few weeks time.”

“Chris and Claire were awesome to work with! They took a bunch of random, conceptual ideas and turned them into a really interesting and beautiful design. In addition to an excellent presentation, they also provided really good supporting detail, with lots of different ideas and ways to go with it. It was especially a pleasure to work with them! “We want to thank Perfect Fit Kitchens & Joinery for all the services and attention to our project and essentially the finished product. Everything looks amazing and we are over the moon to how it all came together. Between Kevin and his boys they all have to be commended with how they have dealt with our project and the particular care and attention to detail given to it. Especially Kevin he has been with us every step of the way and helped us deal and get through some obstacles. When our 13 and 11 year old boys tell us the kitchen looks amazing. That’s got to be saying something about the level of quality and finish applied. We are so appreciative of what Kevin and the boys have done to make our experience that much more pleasurable. “We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“We asked John from Biobuild to come up with ideas to 'refresh' our dull looking 80's built brick veneer project home. John was fantastic from the start. Not only is he a gentlemen to deal with but he also quickly came up with a range of excellent ideas for our home makeover. Given we were not sure precisely what we wanted(just something different!) John was very patient and creative with a range of options for us to pursue. When we had agreed on a direction John was also instrumental in putting together our plans to council and getting them approved. I highly recommend BioBuild and they would be my first point of call if I was to build or renovate again.”

“Glenn was easy to work with from day one and had a great understanding of our brief. He not only worked but ran with it to provide us with something that was so much better than our origional vision. Glenn spent lots of time working collaboratively with us through the whole process. This was our first build and his experience, expertise and support were invaluable. We have just asked Glenn to work with us again on a new property and can't wait to see what he comes up with.”

I was not sure what to expect, never having worked with a designer before, and Rebecca really demonstrated how helpful it is to work with a professional. “Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”
