“We did the rounds of designers before engaging Ivy + Piper for our renovation of a 25 year old resort in Vanuatu. Our brief was vague, but we knew actually how we wanted the resort to feel. Melanie and Elizabeth came back with a design that not only represented who we were but how Vanuatu as a small group of Islands in the South Pacific feels and lives. They included our incredible history, our sunsets, our people and local craftmanship. We had a wonderful and easy relationship with 2 site visits and the rest by email. “Chris and his team are amazing. Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. We have been so happy and impressed with Chris and his team on our $1m+ project - their professionalism, workmanship, quality of work and work rate is phenomenal. Although our project is not yet finished, we have no doubt that it will meet (and no doubt) exceed our expectations and make reality what we have been dreaming about for the past 6 years. We consider ourselves very lucky to have been introduced to Chris and his CMG team, and even luckier that they are delivering our project, our only regret is not finding him sooner!”

“I can’t ever thank Suzie enough for the incredible job she did in transforming my house at short notice into a stylish, modern, sophisticated, warm and inviting home that appealed to all buyers. We had our first open home on a Saturday and received an outstanding offer by Monday night ... we couldn’t believe it.
