“We have used Prosperity home renovations for over 3 years now. We have done a major renovations with our old house looks brand new. We had completely renovated a kitchen and laundry converted to an additional laundry cum toilet & shower. The landscaping, painting and renovation works were immaculate. Sameer is very good with design, quality of work and budget friendly and very accommodating in general. The work they have done is also guaranteed to last long and increased market value for my property.”

“I hired Crearter Constructions for a major renovation project in late 2016. From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional. Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. All trades on site were expertly managed and the quality of work at all times was above and beyond what we had expected. Braden is a perfectionist and he is perpetually assessing the work of the tradespeople and insists on a very high standard of work from his whole team. The build has moved ahead without any problems and we are due to finish ahead of schedule and on budget with a finished project that we are delighted with. Braden is a hard working, honest, inspiring, problem solving, committed builder who would do justice to any project he is in charge of. We were fearful before the start of our build, as we had heard many nightmare stories from friends of building projects that had gone wrong. But we didn't need to worry. Braden has exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish our build has been a dream, executed with brilliant precision and managed with good humour and hard work in a truly collaborative way. As far as I am aware I am the only person I know who is sad to see the build coming to an end. It has been an amazing experience for us as first time builders and we have loved every minute of it. If anyone reading this would like to see the quality of the work that Braden has achieved and to witness first hand the end product of our build we would be happy to contacted by anyone to give a personal reference. Braden is exceptional and I don't think anyone could find a better builder.”

“I hired Neil Turrell and the fabulous Brad Trethowan for a significant personal renovation project that I needed done in an eye-wateringly tight timeframe. Not only did they do it on time, they were unfailingly professional and careful, and cheerful. We all know how important it is to be cheerful when the pressure's on during a reno! I have also worked with them on a professional basis on a number of occasions, and you couldn't find a better bunch of hard-working, big hearted people.”

“Andrew & his team were standouts when we did a complete kitchen demolition & rebuild this year. Debono constructions were contracted to get two rooms ready for the new kitchen which included demolition, building new walls & preparing & resurfacing 80sqms of existing timber flooring. Everything went like clockwork, everyone turned up in a timely manner & when they were meant to. Difficulties always arise when dealing with the old fabric of a building but these were overcome in a creative ways. We cannot praise his carpenter & the flooring specialist enough. Andrew was always available to the trades we’d organised & everyone worked as a team. Great work ethic, great team, great result.”

“This is now the second time building with Executive building and I honestly say we had a great experience both times. This time was even better than before as I feel they have better processes in place and an office where they have created a colour studio which they never had before. We engaged them this second time as we trusted them as they delivered an impressive extension for our family 3 years ago and solely based on trust, we did it all over again with a new house. “We were really pleased with the service we received from Quantum Built as we were with the final results of our renovations. The team worked with us closely from the original concepts and designs to material selections and budget management. We were first time renovators and felt Scott, Jason and the team showed their expertise and understanding in guiding us through the process. During the planning stage they were always quick to respond to our requests with design alterations and when we needed to tailor the plans to work within budgetary limitations they did so without delay. I would like to give a particular mention to the project site manager who was always understanding and respectful that our family lived on site during the build. Special attention was paid to minimize our discomfort. I am confident that Quantum Built will manage any post-project maintenance with the same diligence and focus on customer service.”
