“Chris and his team are amazing. Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. We have been so happy and impressed with Chris and his team on our $1m+ project - their professionalism, workmanship, quality of work and work rate is phenomenal. Although our project is not yet finished, we have no doubt that it will meet (and no doubt) exceed our expectations and make reality what we have been dreaming about for the past 6 years. “We hired Campbell Builders to build our deck. The first impression we had of Michael was very favourable as he arrived to give us a quote exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and apart from being very friendly he knew exactly what he was talking about. We had no hesitation in hiring him to do the job as his quote was based on exact costs of materials. The job took the time that he had quoted on and he finished on time. Michael's appearance was always neat and clean and he is a very tidy worker. The finished result was beautiful and we are still very happy with it over a year later. “Jay and FCGs has built three high end residential homes for me and I totally recommend him. The service he provides from the planning stage until completion is outstanding and beyond what you would receive from any project builder. The projects were completed on time and within budget. Jay is extremely passionate and particular about what he builds and he surrounds himself with other subcontractors who are also passionate and particular of their work. “Innovative design and build group produced some truly superb quality finishes on the project for us, our project required an extremly high attention to detail as all aspects of the timber work are key features to the look of our project. “Fantastic Construction people, I like the way the price doesn't change and they work in with you. I don't know the technical stuff but some how they understood what i wanted and made it really easy to understand. Increasing the value of a home was the priority as we didn't want to move. We wanted more natural light and more space, the cost was realistic and they worked around our schedule so there was minimum disturbance. They really put themselves our for us. I would use them again perhaps in a few years to work on the patio and pool, for now the extension front and back will keep us happy.”
