“Our kitchen was starting to fall apart and needed make over. We want a retro look as our home was built in the 1950's, but modern materials that emulated the look and feel of the period. We wanted a bigger kitchen and decide to do extensive rebuild involving removing of walls, electrical and plumbing relocation. We also wanted someone who would do the whole project. When we started looking for a firm most could only do the kitchen and not the building works. But what swayed us to go with Nouvelle was they actually provided a preliminary design for us at the quotation stage. Others vendors would come and just talk or tell us how they would do it and ignore our ideas. The job is close to being complete and the kitchen is a joy and exactly how I pictured it would look. We also relocated the laundry to internal closet and combined a toilet and bathroom into a single room which Nouvelle did to. The design through to execution has been wonderful. It took close to 6 weeks. We moved out of home for 5 weeks. The Friday we were due to move back Nouvelle made sure that it was liveable water, electric, stove all worked. Only surprise we had was the bathroom floor need replacing and was quickly fixed by Nouvelle with only a small adjustment and reason it took longer then was expected. But old homes tend to have surprises. The staff were excellent both in the office and at the house. I would be happy to recommended Nouvelle to others, as our renovation went very smoothly and the results are something we can happily live with for many years to come. More pics on my ideas book.”

“I hired Crearter Constructions for a major renovation project in late 2016. From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional. Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. All trades on site were expertly managed and the quality of work at all times was above and beyond what we had expected. Braden is a perfectionist and he is perpetually assessing the work of the tradespeople and insists on a very high standard of work from his whole team. The build has moved ahead without any problems and we are due to finish ahead of schedule and on budget with a finished project that we are delighted with. Braden is a hard working, honest, inspiring, problem solving, committed builder who would do justice to any project he is in charge of. We were fearful before the start of our build, as we had heard many nightmare stories from friends of building projects that had gone wrong. But we didn't need to worry. Braden has exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish our build has been a dream, executed with brilliant precision and managed with good humour and hard work in a truly collaborative way. As far as I am aware I am the only person I know who is sad to see the build coming to an end. It has been an amazing experience for us as first time builders and we have loved every minute of it. If anyone reading this would like to see the quality of the work that Braden has achieved and to witness first hand the end product of our build we would be happy to contacted by anyone to give a personal reference. Braden is exceptional and I don't think anyone could find a better builder.”

“i can only recommend this firm very highly in every respct. The experienced computer designer was absolutely cooperative when discussing the project. Being hard to please and always seeking new ideas it took the operator several hours before I was fully satisfied to see the plan on the sceen however having somme second thoughts over night I went back the next morninhg as I wanted to modified a few things. The operator was very patient and we went trough everything for another two hours then being satisfied i waited for the general planning of the demolition of the old kitchen and the various stages of the building of the new one. Everything was well planned at every step. The subcontracters were all top tradesmen. The final supervision was very thorough and of high standard. I can recommend this firm in every respect. The designer was a pleasure to work with and at all stages the same friendly, pleasant and efficient relationship made the inconvenience of not having a kitchen for a bit over two weeks well worth it.”

“There will always be unexpected issues when doing a renovation and the way the contractor handles these issues can make or break the project. Emanuel Kitchens were fantastic with providing the design and assisting with colour choices. The project ran on time and when there were unexpected issues they were dealt with without delay. We were kept informed of every step and they were always available if we had any questions.”
