“Architest are a unique company who built our new home's floorplan to scale in their warehouse using foam blocks. It was a brilliant way for someone like me to visualise what our new home would look like in terms of spatial awareness, positioning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, doors and even our staircase. It really bought our potential renovation/build to life. The 2 walk-throughs of our home allowed us to change some ideas and tweek some rooms we weren't sure about before we submitted our final plans to Council. Thanks to Simon and his team for having the initiative to develop such an impressive service that is sure to be a winner for all future renovators. Can't believe it has never been thought of before.”

“We found Parveen after contacting many local designers and finding they were either way out of our budget, or just never responded to our enquiry. Parveen has wonderful prompt communication skills and worked with us to come up with a solution that fit within our budget. She carefully considered our design brief and took into account several aspects that we hadn't even thought of. She had great attention to detail and has lots of creative ideas, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”

“Tricia came into our project at a stage when we were struggling with all the choices we had to make. From selecting skirting boards, architraves and paint colours right through to designing the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, Tricia was amazing. Tricia was willing to incorporate the features that we wanted into each space. With the building completed Tricia helped us with the finishing decorative touches that made our home not only functional but beautiful as well. “I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process. They were amazing, and the finish was first class. As soon as the townhouses were finished they sold within 2 weeks of being put on the market, and at a record price for the area at the time. I would highly recommend AAA Build to anyone looking for a quality builder who is reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again on my new development I hope to start soon in Nunawading.”

“We have faced extreme difficulty on how to build our house. Big companies offered good price but low quality and rigid inflexible designs. Private builders offered expensive quotes and no price guarantees. Till we met Mr. Atalla from design and build. He was extremely patient, professional and above all he was honest. A true gentleman and a man of great quality. A very good build so far and unbeatable prices. Highly recommended!”

He has managed our project, he has been totally efficient and the service he provided was second to none. “I was given the confidence and trust by Sky hence hired him to design my new house just by the marina. My journey with Sky started more than 3 years ago. Every step of the way, Sky had given me the clarity and best effort on all building and design aspect. I have to admit that I am not an easy client for I bomb Sky with numerous calls during weekends, public holidays and after hours. Yes Sky was ever willing to listen and help me with my queries. To be honest, I was hunting for an architect and had waisted some small fortune with two prior so called architect. I am glad I found Sky as his experiences, dedication and attention to detail is un-matched! Sky had helped me through from my house design to acquring planning permit, which was unbelievably difficult, and even administered my whole building project. There were massive amount of challenges due to unforeseen circumstances but Sky was able to assist in resolving them amicably in terms of timeline and cost.”

“Our job was an ensuite upgrade and consisted of removing and replacing the old shower base, shower screen and toilet, relining the walls, waterproofing, and tiling the shower cavity, floor and vanity splashback. Fixtures were sourced and supplied for us. The quote was very reasonable. The tradesmen were punctual, friendly, reliable, clean and tidy, their workmanship was great. The project was finished in a timely and professional manner. Communication between all parties was fantastic. Huge thanks to Liz and Troy and all the tradies for your expertise and a job well done. It was certainly stress-free and hassle free. We love our ensuite!!”
