Yellow Highlights
The narrow back garden planting to the existing rock wall planter was planned around the yellow Leucospermums, which was a priority plant for the client. A soft repetitive planting introducing greys, reds and lime coloured leaves keeps the planting interesting and varying.
At the same time the front garden was given a makeover, which included adding waterwise planting to the existing planting while building the depleted soil up and introducing groundcover planting to aid with water retention. Repetitive use of plants and keeping the colour palette to yellows and whites with the addition of greys, brings a calm cohesion to the front garden and complements the back garden planting perfectly.
