Existing furniture has a light oak timber which is complemented in the new joinery in the meals, living and rumpus rooms. A two-toned option with a white 2pac for the book shelves gives it a modern slant to the overall décor. The bathrooms have been completely renovated with polished grey tiles with irregular veins – floor to ceiling - which is complemented with white joinery and benchtop. The freestanding bath, undermount basins and wall assembly tapware add a luxurious feel to the overall space. The bedroom furniture, specifically bedhead and footstool, is a lux charcoal fabric distinguishing it from the grey carpet and white walls giving the room a sense of elegance. Bedside tables are in a light timber with a classical bed lamp against white textured linen. The WIR is elegant in a white melamine carcass and Sublime Teak laminate for the edging and drawers. A small but stylish detail while keeping costs down.
