After 3 years of living in their home, my clients wanted a plan to extend and renovate their home in Greensborough to cater for their growing family. We designed the extension, kitchen, walk-in-robe and bathrooms, together with assistance on the selections of the materials and finishes. And all the furnishings and artwork. The existing oak-grey floors were complemented with a warm white for the walls and feature colour of Dieskau around the fireplace. The joinery is a mix of white and dark timber-look laminate creating warmth against the concrete look porcelain tiles. Black accents are brought in through the barn door frame, leg frames of both the barstools and dining chairs and fabrics on some of the furniture and soft furnishings highlighting some of the soft colours of pink, blue. The bathrooms have a neutral textural tone with white joinery, keeping it modern, fresh and timeless. The use of fixtures and fittings such as freestanding bath, wall taps, backlit mirror and frameless shower screens
add to the modern look. Overall, a timeless, modern space to enjoy for many years to come.
