“We were really pleased with the service we received from Quantum Built as we were with the final results of our renovations. The team worked with us closely from the original concepts and designs to material selections and budget management. We were first time renovators and felt Scott, Jason and the team showed their expertise and understanding in guiding us through the process. During the planning stage they were always quick to respond to our requests with design alterations and when we needed to tailor the plans to work within budgetary limitations they did so without delay. I would like to give a particular mention to the project site manager who was always understanding and respectful that our family lived on site during the build. Special attention was paid to minimize our discomfort. I am confident that Quantum Built will manage any post-project maintenance with the same diligence and focus on customer service.”

“Our kitchen was starting to fall apart and needed make over. We want a retro look as our home was built in the 1950's, but modern materials that emulated the look and feel of the period. We wanted a bigger kitchen and decide to do extensive rebuild involving removing of walls, electrical and plumbing relocation. We also wanted someone who would do the whole project. When we started looking for a firm most could only do the kitchen and not the building works. But what swayed us to go with Nouvelle was they actually provided a preliminary design for us at the quotation stage. Others vendors would come and just talk or tell us how they would do it and ignore our ideas. The job is close to being complete and the kitchen is a joy and exactly how I pictured it would look. We also relocated the laundry to internal closet and combined a toilet and bathroom into a single room which Nouvelle did to. The design through to execution has been wonderful. It took close to 6 weeks. We moved out of home for 5 weeks. The Friday we were due to move back Nouvelle made sure that it was liveable water, electric, stove all worked. Only surprise we had was the bathroom floor need replacing and was quickly fixed by Nouvelle with only a small adjustment and reason it took longer then was expected. But old homes tend to have surprises. The staff were excellent both in the office and at the house. I would be happy to recommended Nouvelle to others, as our renovation went very smoothly and the results are something we can happily live with for many years to come. More pics on my ideas book.”

“There will always be unexpected issues when doing a renovation and the way the contractor handles these issues can make or break the project. Emanuel Kitchens were fantastic with providing the design and assisting with colour choices. The project ran on time and when there were unexpected issues they were dealt with without delay. “Our bathroom is shown in the photos as "Bondi 2". I highly recommend Caracalla, because of what you can see in these photos. The photos show the the style, the practical design & the overall designer look, that was created by Caracalla. But my recommendation also comes from things not evident in these photos. The photos don't show the small finishing touches, nor the flawless workmanship, that has resulted in a very polished end product, as well as a very happy & satisfied customer. So I highly recommend Caracalla by virtue of the quality of their end product.”
