“We found Jim to have an excellent approach to our project. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make critical design decisions that ended in a much better outcome than what we had originally planned. There were no surprises, the process was simple and stress free and he over delivered on his commitments. We got a number of quotes at the time and although Jim wasn't the cheapest he certainly wasn't the dearest but he gave us the level of comfort that we needed to get the job done right within our time frame. We are very happy with quality of the finish and the way it has come together and would certainly recommend Svelte.”

“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“Chris and Claire were awesome to work with! They took a bunch of random, conceptual ideas and turned them into a really interesting and beautiful design. In addition to an excellent presentation, they also provided really good supporting detail, with lots of different ideas and ways to go with it. It was especially a pleasure to work with them! Looking forward to seeing where the design could go!”

“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“Alan Pickersgill at Creme de la Creme is an artisan and a craftsman. Watching him work is like watching an artist at play. He is meticulous with his preparation and with his painting.
